Mr Boon holds the position of Chairman of Tatts Group Limited. Mr. Boon retired in 2004 as Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director of ASX listed company Ansell Limited, capping a career spanning some 28 years with the Ansell Group. Mr Boon has lived and worked in senior positions, in Australia, Europe, the US and Canada, and has broad based experience in global marketing and sales, manufacturing, and product development. Mr. Boon is multi lingual and has a proven track record of delivering business results through setting ambitious goals, building the appropriate organisation and relationships and relentlessly pursuing execution. He is currently Chairman and a Non-Executive director of Gale Pacific Limited, and a Non-Executive director of Funtastic Limited and Hastie Group Limited. He holds a Bachelor of Laws (Honours) and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Melbourne.

Mr. McIlwain holds the position of Managing Director and Chief Executive of Tatts Group Limited-having been appointed the Managing Director and Chief Executive of Tattersall's Limited in October 2006. Prior to that, Mr.McIlwain held the position of Managing Director and Chief Executive of UNiTAB. He joined UNiTAB as Chief Executive in 1989 and was appointed as a Director in September 1999. Prior to joining UNiTAB, Dick held operational roles at Australian Airlines (now the domestic arm of Qantas) and a human resources and industrial relations role at coal miner Utah Development Company.

He is a fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors and holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Queensland. Mr McIlwain is also the Chairman of Super Cheap Auto Group Limited (since 19 May 2004), and Chairman of Wotif.com Holdings Limited (since 3 April 2006).

Mr Bentley became a Non-Executive Director of Tattersall's Limited in October 2006. Prior to this, Mr Bentley had been Non-Executive Director on the UNiTAB Board since July 1999. He is also Chairman of the Queensland Thoroughbred Racing Board (since April 2002), and will be the founding Chairman of Queensland Racing Limited from 1 July 2006. He is also a Director of the Australian Racing Board (since 2002) and Chairman of the Australian National Racing Committee. Mr Bentley was previously Chairman and Managing Director of Austral Plywoods Pty Ltd and Chairman of the Plywoods Manufacturers Association of Australia, Chair of the three Codes Racing Industry Coordinating Committee and Chair of the Statutory Thoroughbred Control Board from 1992 to 1996.

Mr Bentley has extensive business experience in the pastoral and timber related industries and property development.

Ms Cattermole was the founder and Managing Director of Aspect Computing Pty Limited from 1974 to 2003, and a director of Kaz Group Limited from 2001 to 2004. Ms Cattermole has also held many board and other membership positions on a range of government, advisory, association and not for profit committees including the Committee for Melbourne, the Australian Information Industries Association and the Victorian Premier's Round Table and as Chairman of the Women's and Children's Health Care Network. Ms Cattermole is currently the Chairman of Methodist Ladies College and holds directorships with Foster's Group Limited, the Melbourne Theatre Company, the Victorian Major Events Committee, Lansa Holdings Inc, VNH Systems Pty Limited and Madowla Park Holdings Pty Limited.

She holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Melbourne and is a Fellow of the Australian Computer Society.

Mr Chapman joined the UNiTAB Board as Non-Executive Chairman in July 1999 and was appointed Non-Executive Director of Tattersall's Limited in October 2006. He is a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors. He was previously Chairman of Telecasters North Queensland Limited and was a Director of The Ten Group Limited and Ten Network Holdings Limited and Chairman of the Cairns Port Authority. Mr Chapman is Executive Chairman of The Chapman Group, which is involved in a number of businesses.

A former surveyor, he has been engaged in real estate development for 40 years and is heavily involved in the Tourism Industry. His family built and owns the Skyrail Rainforest Cableway in Cairns.

Mr Jamieson retired as Chief Executive of Minter Ellison Melbourne on 31 December 2005. Prior to joining Minter Ellison, he was with KPMG and its antecedent firms for over 20 years. During his time at KPMG, Brian held the positions of Chairman Victoria, Managing Partner Melbourne, and Chief Executive Officer Australia. He was also a KPMG Board member in Australia, and a member of the USA Management Committee.

Mr Jamieson is a Non-Executive Director of Sigma Pharmaceuticals Limited, Oxiana Limited and HBOS Australia Pty Ltd. He is also a Director and Treasurer of Care Australia and the Bionic Ear Institute.

Mr Playoust is managing director of a Sydney-based private investment company. His professional career includes management consulting with his own company and Andersen Consulting/Accenture. He is a company director of 17 years' standing and 25 companies, bringing broad-based commercial experience and strong contacts within the business community. His consulting work focused on strategy, marketing, change and technology programs, and due diligence for mergers and acquisitions, including with AMP, NAB, International Wool Secretariat and Country Road. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Australian Institute of Management, Royal Australian Institute of Architects and The Executive Connection and holds a Company Director Diploma from AICD, an MBA from AGSM, a Bachelor of Architecture with First Class Honours and a Bachelor of Science from Sydney University.

Mr Seymour was appointed to the Tattersall's Limited Board in October 2006 having served as Non-Executive Director on the Board of UNiTAB since September 2000. He has extensive property development and business experience.

Mr Seymour is Deputy Chairman of Ariadne Australia Limited (on the board since 23 December 1992), Chairman of Watpac Limited (on the board since 1996), the Independent Chairman of the Brisbane Housing Company Limited and Chairman of the Albion Park Harness Racing Club. He is also the Chairman of Briz31 Community TV and holds board positions with several private companies in Australia.
