provide effective communication, ready access to information and ease of participation
in general meetings. The Company’s website (www.tattsgroup.com) contains all relevant
material and the Company will provide a simultaneous web cast of the Annual General Meeting.

behaviour among Directors and employees. To this end the Board has adopted a Code of
Conduct applying to all Directors and employees. The Code includes:
