If you ticked 'Yes' on four or more of these questions, this indicates that your gambling may be a problem. But even if you ticked only one 'Yes' and are still unsure whether you have a problem, you can find out more by calling one of the counselling services listed in the left hand menu under Finding Help. There are also Self Help Options that you can use to minimise, control or stop the gambling problem.
